Can I pay with HSA (Health Savings Account) and/or FSA (Flexible Spending Account)?

Yes, you can pay for the Teal at-home screening using an HSA (Health Savings Account) and/or FSA (Flexible Spending Account). We can also provide you with a Superbill for out-of-network billing. That means you'd have to pay the full cost upfront, and then we will help you in trying to get your screening covered out-of-network. 

Please email help@tealhealth.co if you need support with any of these options, including documentation for reimbursement or your tax purposes. Once we receive your request, we will send you the documentation you require via email.  

Aside from HSA/FSA, Teal offers cash pay and insurance pay options. For cash pay, you can use most major credit cards in a secure transaction on our site. We are currently in-network with United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you have an in-network insurance provider, Teal will take care of all the processes required to submit your claim (i.e., you do not need to call insurance ahead of time, provide codes, NPI information, etc.). 

Please note, we cannot service Medicare, Medicaid, or Medi-Cal patients at this time, even as self-pay (cash pay) patients.
