If I want to share my Teal screening results with a different provider, will Teal send them my results?

Yes, if you would like your Teal screening results shared with a different provider (e.g., so that they can update your patient records), we can certainly do that with your permission. In your Teal patient portal, you will be able to include the contact details of your primary care provider or OBGYN. If you would like us to share your results with these providers, you can simply send a message to Admin in your Teal patient portal letting us know that you would like us to do this (and be sure to specify which provider(s) you want us to share with). Our team will then take care of sending your results over. 

If you prefer, you can also share your results with your provider yourself. Once your results are available in your Teal patient portal, you will see an option to download these results as a PDF. You can download and share this PDF with your provider, as well as save it for your records. People often send this PDF to their provider as an attachment via their MyChart or other electronic health communication portal, or print the PDF and bring it to their provider at their next visit.
