We ship all of our screening boxes through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Everything you need to prepare your sample for return mailing is included in your Teal Health screening box, along with [easy instructions](https://support.getteal.com/how-do-i-collect-a-sample?hsLang=en). The return shipping mailer provided in the box will have a USPS shipping label already attached to it. **You will need to mail your sample via USPS within 24 hours of collecting it.** You can place the return mailer containing your sample in your home mailbox or a public USPS blue collection box. If it doesn’t fit into either of these, you can go to a USPS location to mail it or [schedule a USPS pickup](https://tools.usps.com/schedule-pickup-steps.htm) for the day you plan to self-collect. You will also find a QR code on the return shipping mailer (see below), which you can scan to schedule a USPS pickup or find the nearest USPS office.   ![USPS\_CDD\_label\_flat](https://support.getteal.com/hs-fs/hubfs/USPS_CDD_label_flat.png?width=297&height=436&name=USPS_CDD_label_flat.png) A few important things to remember when mailing your sample: - Fill out the label on the vial (including your full legal name, date of birth, and collection date) and follow the instructions on how to prepare your sample for mailing. - Put the return mailer containing your sample in the USPS mail within 24 hours of collecting your sample.
