How do I do that? You can conveniently make changes to your virtual appointments in your Teal patient portal. To log in, visit [app.tealhealth.co](https://app.tealhealth.co/). You will be required to confirm your mobile phone number by entering a code that is sent via text message (SMS) to your phone.  Under the “Visits” section, you will see your upcoming appointment(s).
