I need to reschedule or cancel my virtual visit. How do I do that?

You can conveniently make changes to your virtual appointments in your Teal patient portal. To log in, visit app.tealhealth.co. You will be required to confirm your mobile phone number by entering a code that is sent via text message (SMS) to your phone. 

Under the “Visits” section, you will see your upcoming appointment(s). Click the button to “Edit visit” and then select “reschedule” or “cancel” depending on what change you need to make.
