I want to share the results from my Teal Health screening with a different provider. How can I do that?

When you view your results in your Teal portal, you will also see a link to download a PDF of these results. You can share this PDF with other medical providers. If you would like, your Teal medical provider can also help you share your results with another provider and can give you a letter including more information about the Teal Wand. Just send your Teal provider a secure message, and they will help you.
