If I dropped the sponge, can I still use it?

If you drop the Teal Wand while the sponge is exposed before you have collected your sample, please do not use the Teal Wand. Reach out to us (information below) to discuss next steps. 

If you drop the sponge after you have collected your sample, you can usually proceed to package and mail your sample as directed in the instructions. If there are any issues with your sample at the laboratory, we will be in touch.
