There is something wrong with my package, or I need to cancel my order. Can I get a refund or a new Teal Wand?

You can receive a full refund, within 60 days of registering, if you cancel your order before attending an Intro Visit.

If your package arrives damaged, or if it never arrived, please provide details to the Teal Health team by emailing help@tealhealth.co or contacting Teal’s customer support via your portal. We will look into the issue and can help you get your Teal Health screening box or send you a new one. If the package or any of its components are damaged, we will request that you share pictures. This helps us track these issues and work to reduce the likelihood of them happening again.
