In some cases, there can be minor bleeding or spotting following use of the Wand, which should resolve within a few days. There may also be a little discomfort for some people when using the Teal Wand. If you experienced an injury beyond what is described, please email [help@tealhealth.co](mailto:help@tealhealth.co) or reach out to Teal’s customer support team via your portal. Continued bleeding in between your periods or heavy bleeding (i.e., needing to change a pad every hour or more) may suggest [other medical conditions](https://www.getteal.com/post/abnormal-uterine-or-vaginal-bleeding?hsLang=en), unrelated to having used the Teal Wand. If you are experiencing this, please make an appointment with a provider for an in-person exam as soon as possible.
