I need to report an injury as a result of using the Teal Wand.

We are sorry to hear you experienced an injury. In some cases, there can be minor bleeding or spotting following use of the Wand, which should resolve within a few days. There may also be a little discomfort for some people when using the Teal Wand. If you experienced an injury beyond what is described, please email help@tealhealth.co or reach out to Teal’s customer support team via your portal.

Continued bleeding in between your periods or heavy bleeding (i.e., needing to change a pad every hour or more) may suggest other medical conditions, unrelated to having used the Teal Wand. If you are experiencing this, please make an appointment with a provider for an in-person exam as soon as possible. If you need support making this in-person appointment, you can contact a Teal medical provider through your portal, and we can help find you a local provider.
