What if I have an invalid result?

An invalid result means that there were not enough cells in your sample to test or some other error occurred (that may have nothing to do with how you did the collection). Invalid results occurred in only 2.3% of participants in our nationwide clinical study. If you receive an invalid result, our team will reach out to work with you on next steps for re-testing.
