Teal Health includes a comprehensive telehealth platform that can be accessed on mobile or desktop. If you have any questions about your results, you can send your Teal provider a secure message through the Teal portal or schedule a telehealth appointment if you prefer. You can also find answers to many common questions here, in our Help Center, or the resource library in the Teal portal.
Teal providers follow current medical guidelines to recommend the next best steps for you based on your results and screening history, including letting you know when your next screening is due and providing referrals for follow-up testing or procedures.
Once you screen with us, we will also be in touch via text and email to remind you when your next screening is due.
