When will I get my results?

Your result will be available in your Teal portal about one week after you send your sample to the lab. Once the lab processes your sample, your result will be reviewed by a Teal medical provider, following the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP) defined screening guidelines.

You will be notified via email and text when the results are ready to view. If you are experiencing a delay, please contact the Teal Health team by emailing help@tealhealth.co or sending your Teal provider a message.

The sponge used to collect vaginal cells on the Teal Wand does not give you an immediate result. It must be mailed to the laboratory according to the provided instructions.
