The Intro Visit allows our providers to learn more about you, your relevant medical and screening history, and establish a care relationship so that they can prescribe your Teal Wand. The provider will also describe the at-home self-collection process and can answer any questions you may have. The Intro Visit is virtual (over Zoom) and scheduled for 10 minutes. We offer a range of appointment times to make this visit as convenient as possible. You can also use Zoom on your web browser, without the app. The Teal provider will call you on your phone if they are unable to reach you on Zoom (read more about joining your video visit [here](https://support.getteal.com/what-if-i-have-a-tech-issue-for-my-upcoming-virtual-appointment-with-the-teal-provider?hsLang=en)).  **We require that you are physically located in your state of residence during the time of this virtual visit**, as it helps ensure the provider who is assigned to see you is licensed to provide care in that state. If you’ll be in a different state during your scheduled appointment, please reschedule your appointment for a time when you are back in your state of residence to avoid any issues with care or coverage.
