What if I need help completing my at-home screening with the Teal Wand?

Collecting a sample with the Teal Wand is designed to be easy to do at home – 98% of our study participants successfully collected a valid sample, and only 0.5% reported any difficulty doing so. Take it slow and check out these collection tips. It may also help to watch our instructional video. Do not remove the Wand from its packaging until you are ready to collect.

Remember to collect your sample on a day when you can also drop it off in the USPS mail or schedule a USPS pickup for the day you plan to self-collect. We suggest not collecting on Sundays when the US Postal Service is closed.
